In winter, as the bears enter their hibernation period, a large window allows you to observe this fascinating phenomenon discreetly and with respect for animal welfare – a rare moment, usually impossible to observe.

Throughout the year, Arctic foxes remain fully visible and active, providing a lively and dynamic presence during your meal.

Located in the Maison du Parc (sector 2), on the shores of the magnificent Lac des Oiseaux, our restaurant offers a warm and friendly welcome. Offering a menu with boreal notes, our refined cuisine showcases dishes concocted from local, seasonal produce.
